New hire, Theresa Lemek, has been involved with new business development and consulting in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. Prior to Stamats, Lemek served as regional sales manager for Element Solutions (formerly Element115.net) and as senior regional e-business strategist for Geonetric. Her deep healthcare experience has centered on providing web-enabled and strategic solutions for hospitals and enterprise-level healthcare systems. Ms. Lemek has cultivated and led key engagements with many industry-leading healthcare organizations - developing planning processes, and supervising the design and launch of various websites for hospitals and health systems across the country. Theresa earned her bachelor of arts in Communications from Marycrest College and is an active member of Society for Healthcare Strategy and Marketing Development.

Jenifer Ann Tobin recently served as pharmaceutical representative for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Astra-Zeneca, Inc., where she competed in gastrointestinal and cardiovascular treatment markets. With Jenifer's assertive sales style, market share increased over 5 percent during her tenure, earning her the Wyeth's President's Circle honor on three occasions. Prior to work in the pharmaceutical industry, Ms. Tobin was a nurse consultant for The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, leveraging her knowledge of interdisciplinary care at long term care facilities across the nation. Jenifer holds a bachelor of science in Nursing from South Dakota State University.

In their new roles as client development representatives, both Lemek and Tobin are supported by a large research staff, creative department, and engaged senior management group. Shauna Hoffman, Stamats' Director of Healthcare Marketing, anchors the growing team and is a passionate, results-driven marketing professional who brings more than 17 years of marketing and communications experience to company.

"We're excited at the momentum and business need that's allowed us to bring Theresa and Jenifer on board," said Stamats' VP, Bill Stamats. "Our current business commitments and upcoming opportunities will require additional staff that has the skill and industry knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our clients every day," he continued. Theresa and Jenifer have already begun their new roles in Stamats' Cedar Rapids offices and are engaged in several new projects.
