BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
The third suspect in a 2010 murder for hire is in custody and being taken to West Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
Corey Knox was picked up by U.S. Marshals in New Orleans Thursday afternoon.
Knox is charged with the first degree murder of Corey Kitts in July of 2010. Investigators say Kitts was shot three times point blank inside his own home.
Karl Howard, also charged with the first degree murder of Kitts, turned himself into WBR deputies Wednesday.
Kitts wife, Monique Kitts, remains in jail after judge Robin Free denied her bail on her charge of principal to first degree murder.
A bond hearing for both Howard and Knox will be set within five days.
