NOGALES, AZ (CBS5) -

Federal officers found 10 packages of crystal meth stashed in the floorboard between the seats of a vehicle at a southern Arizona border station on Sunday.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers referred Oliver Santoyo, 26, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, for inspection of his vehicle when he attempted to enter the U.S. at the Dennis DeConcini Port in Nogales.

A CBP narcotics detection dog alerted to the presence of drugs.

The drugs and vehicle were processed for seizure. Cordova was arrested and faces prosecution on drug charges.
