Rolex, $4K cash stolen from man outside restaurant

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Police said a man wearing an expensive watch was robbed at gunpoint after leaving a restaurant.

The victim says he was walking through the parking lot at Seafood Sensation on Jefferson Street and 28th Avenue.

He said a man sitting in a Humvee opened the passenger-side door to corner him and then pulled out a silver handgun.

The victim told police he was wearing a Rolex at the time of the attack, so the robber ordered him to take it off and get out his wallet.

The victim told police he had $4,500 worth of cash and credit cards that were stolen.

After the victim reported the robbery, police pulled over the Hummer and arrested Areail Ferrell on aggravated robbery charges.

The victim also identified the suspect in a photo lineup.
