CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Jersey Mike's presented a giant check on Thursday to the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati.

Fourteen local locations held a 'Month of Giving' campaign in March. In total, the restaurant donated $28,000 to the YMCA.

Jersey Mike franchise owners and YMCA officials were on hand during the presentation.

Jersey Mike's Subs locations nationwide held Day of Giving celebrations for 86 charities. Last year, the initiative raised $858,000 for 74 local charities.
