CLERMONT COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -

A teenager was indicted for multiple Clermont County child abuse cases.

Prosecutors say Alexis Sexton, 19, caused injuries to 14-month-old Noah Philhower, who she was babysitting on March 26 in Batavia. She was indicted on April 3 for two counts of felonious assault and child endangering.

In addition, Sexton was formally charged on Wednesday for a separate child endangering case.

Authorities say 2-year-old Cadence Reynolds suffered three fractured fingers, who was also in Sexton's care. Sexton was charged with felonious assault and two counts of child endangering.

Prosecutors say both incidents happened during the same time frame. Sexton was arrested on March 29.

Noah Philhower's mother, Victoria Gans, was also indicted on Wednesday for her failure to provide care after he was injured.
