The Texas Department of Public Safety has discontinued the Amber Alert for 12-year-old Sommer Brown of Cedar Hill.

Officials tell KLTV that Brown was safely located in Indiana, two days after the Amber Alert was issued. Authorities also say the suspect, 43-year-old Lisa Brown is in local police custody.

Cedar Hill Police say an Indianapolis Police officer spotted Brown's 2006 Ford Expedition early Sunday morning, and that the license plates had been removed.
