MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Police in the Capital City confirm the 20th homicide for 2013. Law enforcement say it happened Sunday morning at 3:00 a.m. in the 3000 block of Southmall Circle.

Montgomery Police got the call of a subject shot. When they arrived, they found the victim, 31 year old James Scott in a parking lot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
