PD: 82-year-old wandered from his Peoria living center

PEORIA, AZ (CBS5) -

Police are trying to find a missing 82-year-old man who disappeared about 11 a.m. Monday near 75th Avenue and Greenway Road.

Peoria police said Robert Reynolds wandered away from his living facility and suffers from dementia.

Reynolds is 5'6'' and 143 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and white T-shirt with blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
