CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A Hamilton County nun pleaded guilty on Tuesday to illegal voting.

Sister Marguerite Kloos was immediately sentenced to a diversion program.

Sister Kloos served as Dean of the Division of Arts and Humanities for the College of Mount St. Joseph. The prosecutor's office says Sister Kloos voted on behalf of a nun who also passed away before the absentee ballots had been mailed out for the 2012 Presidential election.

Kloos has since resigned from Mount St. Joseph.
