2 injured after train hits vehicle in Kenton Co.

KENTON COUNTY, KY (FOX19) -

Two are in the hospital after a train stuck a vehicle in Kenton County.

A  vehicle was traveling on Fontana Road  around 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning when it drove onto train tracks. An oncoming train struck the vehicle.

A female driver and male passenger were taken to the hospital following the accident.

Both are believed to have non-life threatening injuries.
