MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Police say the man wanted for questioning after he dropped a gunshot victim off at the Baptist South ER has been located, and no charged will be filed against him.

Authorities say they have located and questioned 24-year-old Javon Rice. He was wanted for questioning after he allegedly dropped a gunshot wound victim in life-threatening condition off at the hospital on Wednesday night, then drove away.

Police say no charges will be filed against Rice.

The victim is still listed in critical condition at a local hospital.

No additional information is available at this time.
