DECATUR, GA (CBS46) -

The nephew of Fulton County Superior Court Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane said computers that are part of his late mother's estate will show "unscrupulous" behavior by his estranged aunt.

Jabari Taylor, of Baltimore, told CBS Atlanta News investigative reporter Jeff Chirico that the files contain "criminal documents."

Taylor made the allegations as he left a probate hearing during which DeKalb County Judge Jeryl Debra Rosh ordered that the computers be preserved.

Lane and one nephew are fighting two other nephews over control of Eunice Taylor's estate.

Attorney Lisa West had filed the motion to protect the computers because she said she believes they contain records that could expose Lane's potential bias. "Getting these records and being able to inspect them is … a huge win," said West.

West represents Tameka Foster, ex-wife of singer Usher Raymond. After Lane ruled to award custody of the couple's sons to Raymond last year, CBS Atlanta reported on allegations that Lane may have been biased in her ruling.  West said she learned Usher's attorney, John Mayoue, played a significant role in helping the judge get re-elected in 2008.

Shortly after the trial, West filed a motion asking Lane to recuse herself from the case. Lane denied the motion, claiming West had no "evidence" to support it.

West said she subpoenaed potential evidence from Lane's campaign but it did not produce "a single page."

Several months later, Lane recused herself from the Raymond case and more than a dozen others handled by West after she filed the motion to preserve the computers.

CBS Atlanta News had reported on other cases in which Lane's partiality has been questioned.

Taylor would not be specific about what's in the computers but said it has changed his opinion of his aunt.

"I learned what she represents is not the law. She doesn't represent the people. She represents corruption and that's the nicest way to put it," said Taylor.

Lane declined a request for an interview Tuesday but had previously denied she is influenced by her relationships with attorneys.
