In a violent situation? Here are contacts to help YOU

In February, WSFA 12 News viewers helped capture 19 wanted fugitives by calling in to our
"CrimeStoppers Action Line". Wednesday we opened our phone lines for a "Stop the Violence Action Line" to help you.

While the phone bank has ended, the need for help and the resources to get that help continue on. If you're the victim of domestic violence, need help protecting your children or just need help reducing crime in your neighborhood, there are a lot of organizations that can help.

We partnered with the Montgomery Dept. of Public Safety, The Montgomery District Attorney's office, One Place Family Justice Center, Child Protect, Family Sunshine Center, Family Guidance Center, CrimeStoppers and others to assist YOU.
