OTTAWA, OH (Toledo News Now) -

With the release of 911 logs from last Thursday, we now know what the mother of Ottawa teens Blake and Blaine Romes told police when she discovered them missing.

Shellie Grothause told dispatchers Thursday morning she was unable to reach her son while she was at work, so she stopped by her trailer in Ottawa. What she found was her two boys missing, along with 17-year-old housemate Michael Fay and her Chevy HHR.

She discovered a handgun, and enough blood that hospitals were contacted. The Bureau of Criminal Investigation was called to the scene for a possible homicide investigation.

An Amber Alert was posted for the three boys, and canceled after police found Fay with the vehicle in Columbus Thursday afternoon. Police said Fay provided locations for the bodies of the Romes brothers.

One body was reportedly pulled from beneath a trailer at the Ottawa trailer park, another found in a ditch nearby.

A funeral was held for the brothers Wednesday.
