Weather permitting, Old Farm Lane from north of Rocky Mount
Road to south of State Route 14 will be closed for utility relocation Sunday,
May 19 from 1-5 p.m., as part the Alabama Department of Transportation's
ongoing construction project to widen Old Farm Lane.
All through traffic must take alternate routes during the
Local traffic will be allowed to access Prattville Christian
Academy and the two churches from the south end of the closure and the
Plantation Apartments and Covered Bridge Parkway located on the north end.
Motorists are requested to
consider using alternate routes, adjust arrival/departure times, observe work
zone speed limits and other work zone signs, and use extreme caution in this
area. ALDOT thanks motorists for their patience during this construction to
improve Alabama's roadways.
