These businesses are celebrating huge milestones this week.
Jim Woodham's Southside Tires turns 45 years old this week. The son of Jim Woodham says there is not just one key to success, but his father has earned his costumer's trust and respect. Woodham says they have customers that have been with them since they opened.
And the John E. Hall Store has been around for a century. This "ole' fashioned" country store was built in 1913 when Woodrow Wilson was president and a stamp cost 2- cents. Wilson is gone and the price of stamps have skyrocketed, but that store is still there. A The 100 year celebration was held where attendees enjoyed food, face-painting and vendors.
