MESA, AZ (CBS5) -

The family of a missing Mesa woman said she suffers from depression and talked about ending her life before she left her home Monday morning.

Deborah Sue Davis, 52, is on medication for depression, anxiety and a sleep disorder and left her medications behind when she left her home, her family told Mesa police. They said she is suicidal and recently talked about committing suicide.

She is described as white, 5'11" tall, 145 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Police said she was last seen wearing a beige hooded sweatshirt with a Purdue University logo on the front, black sweat pants, silver running shoes and a sky blue baseball cap. She drives a gray four-door 2010 Nissan Xterra hatchback with a standard roof rack, a small USA Cycling sticker on lower left corner of the rear window, and Arizona license plate BAT7256.

She was last seen in the area of Gilbert and McKellips roads in Mesa, police said.

Anyone with information about Davis' whereabouts is asked to call Mesa police at 480-644-2211.
