NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

Detectives with the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office arrested a Center man Friday who is accused of forcing a child to smoke synthetic marijuana.

According to Sheriff Jason Bridges, his office received the report from Child Protective Services. An interview was conducted with the child at Harold's House and detectives interviewed more witnesses who claimed to see Dennis Wade Broussard, 29, force a child to smoke what is commonly known as K2.

Detectives obtained a warrant for endangering a child and booked him into the Nacogdoches County Jail on Friday on a charge of endangering a child.
