Reality show 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' kicked off with 'watch 'n sniff' premiere

MCINTYRE, GA (CBS46) -

You've seen them. You've heard them. Some viewers could smell them on the season premiere of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.

The show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo returned Wednesday with a "watch 'n sniff" event for the first two episodes.

Viewers watching Here Comes Honey Boo Boo scratched their sniff cards from US Weekly magazine and experienced the aromas associated with the Boo Boo gang.

"We couldn't think of a more fitting way to kick off the new season than with two watch 'n sniff episodes," said Amy Winter, general manager of TLC.

According to reports, the ESPY Awards telecast was outdrawn by two first-run episodes of Here Comes Honey Boo-Boo.

CBS Atlanta News interviewed the family before their reality show in 2012 after she appeared in an episode of Toddlers and Tiaras.
