PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Phoenix police say a bystander was shot after a man in an office argument pulled out a gun early Thursday afternoon.

The Phoenix Police Department said two men were arguing in a second floor hallway of the office building at 300 W. Osborn. Police said the fight got physical and one of the men pulled out a gun and shot at the other, however, he missed and hit a person in the buttocks, police said.

The suspect fled, but witnesses knew the man and police say they believe they know who the suspect is. His identity is not being released at this time.

The victim is expected to be OK, officers said.
