The Montgomery Fire Department is confirming an arrest in a fire that occurred Thursday night at the Woodley Oaks Apartment complex off Woodley Road.

Lt. K.O. Jones with the Montgomery Fire Department says Antonio Deion Tyson was arrested and charged with arson in the first degree following the blaze.

The fire started Wednesday evening around 9:40 and was contained primarily to one apartment unit.

There were no injuries reported in the blaze.

Tyson is being held on a bond of $60,000.
