SILVERTON, OH (FOX19) -

The Hamilton County SWAT team was called to an apartment in Silverton on Monday.

Two suspects were taken into custody in the 6600 block of Coleridge Avenue.

Deer Park Lt. Milton Proctor tells FOX19 Lawrence Justice was previously pursued by police on New Year's Eve 2012. Justice was charged with a felony for fleeing and eluding authorities.

Proctor says information came in that Justice was living in the apartment on Coleridge Ave.

On Monday, Deer Park Police attempted to make contact with Justice, and he refused to open the door. Based on his previous felony charge and information that he could be possibly armed, a SWAT team was called to serve the arrest warrant.

The incident began at 4 p.m., and authorities had forced entry into the residence by 7 p.m.

A second suspect in the apartment, Janine Harrison, was also charged with obstructing justice.
