TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

When dining out, you'll probably never hear a customer ask for a large order of dust with a cup of grease and a side of dirt. But that's what a lot of restaurants are serving in this week's Restaurant Ratings Report.

Basic maintenance is top priority for a number of restaurants, including Marco's Pizza on South Avenue in south Toledo, where inspectors found six violations. The pizza oven needs a thorough cleaning and wet rags sitting on tabletops and coolers need to be put elsewhere, or they can lead to a bed of bacteria. The inspector also caught an employee eating pizza in the same area food is prepared.

The rest of this week's focus is on west Toledo.

Only one violation was found at the China Garden Buffet on West Alexis Road. Cleaning is needed, as dust coats the restaurant's vent system, as well as ceiling tiles.

Five violations were found at the Asiana Restaurant on Lewis Avenue. What stands out the most is the inspector strongly demanded employees clean and scrub floors to eliminate grease, dirt and the overall extreme build-up throughout the restaurant.

Jo Jo's Famous Chili Dogs on North Byrne Road racked up the most violations this week. Its 10 violations include unused equipment in the facility, water-damaged ceilings, no paper towels at a sink, a broken thermometer and cooler, plus a licensed repair service needs to be called for necessary repairs.

None of these violations are a problem for two fast food chains on Toledo's west side. No violations were found at the Arby's and Chipotle on Talmadge Road near the Franklin Park Mall.
