A group of teenagers was assaulted inside a garage in Monroe County early Saturday morning, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Five male suspects are wanted in connection to the incident.
Sheriff's say the assault occurred around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, at a home on the 3200 block of N Dixie Highway.
Four male victims, ages 15 to 17, were inside a detached garage when five males, ages 16 to 25, pulled up in a dark colored pickup truck.
Authorities say the suspects forced their way into the garage and began to fight the victims. One of the suspects reportedly had a shotgun.
The homeowner and father of one of the victims tried to intervene during the fight, but he was assaulted as well.
After a few minutes, sheriff's say the suspects left the garage, giving the victims a chance to flee into the house.
The suspects reportedly forced their way into the door of the home and continued the assault.
All five suspects are believed to have fled in the same pickup truck they arrived in. No arrests have been made.
Sheriff's say the victims know the suspects and have identified them to authorities.
None of the victims were seriously injured.
