Forecast shows a wonderful weekend ahead

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Good morning, happy Thursday!

It's almost the weekend, and boy, what a great looking forecast we have to enjoy!

The much needed relief from heat and rain is here.

Look for clearing skies this morning, as a front pushes through the tristate.

Drier air will filter in for today under mainly sunny sky, along with cooler temperatures in the low 80s.

Tonight will be nice as well, with mainly clear skies and a low around 60.

High pressure will build in, and keep the dry, sunny weather around through the weekend. Highs this weekend creep back into the mid to upper 80s.

By next week, 90s return to the area with partly cloudy skies and pop up thunderstorms.
