The Bengals release a defensive end.

On Wednesday, the Bengals terminated the contract of DE Jamaal Anderson, releasing him to free agency.

Anderson is a seventh-year NFL player in 2013.

He played his first Bengals season in 2012 and was limited by a quad injury to two games played.
