BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Three people were arrested Wednesday night after detectives found a Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl ring and an LSU National Championship ring while investigating a homicide.

Police say Courtney Henderson, 26, Rashee Scruggs, 30, and Jessie Scruggs, 60, were taken into custody after investigators executed a search warrant and found the rings, four pounds of marijuana, hydrocodone, a handgun, a shotgun, and cash.

In addition to the Super Bowl ring and 2004 National Championship ring, a 2005 LSU Peach Bowl Ring and 2007 Sugar Bowl ring were also found.

Henderson was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a firearm with CDS, obliterated serial number and possession of stolen things.  Rashee Scruggs was charged with possession of marijuana and hydrocodone.  Jessie Scruggs has been charged with possession of marijuana and hydrocodone.

The EBR Sheriff's Office is investigating the theft of the rings.
