MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -
The Montgomery Police Department has launched a death investigation after a man was shot and killed at a residence off of Park Manor Drive.
The shooting happened just after 8 p.m. in the 200 block of Park Manor Drive in North Montgomery.
Police say an adult male sustained a gunshot wound and has been pronounced dead. At this time, a suspect is in custody.
MPD's initial investigation indicates this was a domestic related incident.
The scene has been classified as a death investigation pending further review.
