NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Crews have finished work on a water main break that occurred Thursday in the 100 Oaks area.

A 12-inch pipe burst around 7 a.m., knocking out water to Vanderbilt Medical Center's Berry Hill branch and other businesses in the area.

Appointments at the medical center had to be rescheduled or moved to different facilities, but a supervisor said they should be open on Friday.

Water crews installed a new pipe by 6:15 a.m. Friday.
