EAST CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The man suspected of killing three women in East Cleveland has been charged with kidnapping and aggravated murder.

Michael Madison made his first court appearance late Monday morning and waived his right to a preliminary hearing. His bond was set at $6M.

Madison, 35, was arrested after a short standoff Friday in connection with the discovery of the first female body found in a garage. Police found two more female bodies in an abandoned house on Saturday afternoon.

19 Action News Reporter Scott Taylor has learned Madison has confessed to one murder and did give police the locations of two of the three bodies.

One of the three victims found murdered and wrapped in plastic in the area of Hayden and Shaw over the weekend has been positively identified.

According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, victim #2, Angela Deskins, 38, was identified by fingerprints. Deskins was last seen in Cleveland on June 7.

The other two victims were very decomposed, and a final cause of death cannot be released at this time.

One of the victims has a red star with black lines on her thumb, the name "Gene" and red lips tattooed on her left forearm.  Other identifiable remarks include a flower with green leaves on her front left thigh. Authorities also say she has Lil' Wayne on her left breast. On the left side of her neck "Antion" and on her right hand "Chris."

Reporter Ed Gallek has found that Madison has been on the streets since 2005. In 2000, Madison did three months in prison on two drug cases.

In 2002, he served time for attempted rape and possession of drugs.

He was released in October of 2005 on parole and he was released from parole in October of 2008.

Anyone with information on this case is urged to call 1-800-CALL-FBI.
