MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - A sweet video is making the rounds on social media featuring a University of Memphis quarterback and a patient at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Jacob Karam took the time to stop by the hospital and make music with 11-year-old Breanna, who is battling leukemia. The two became instant friends.

The video shows Karam playing piano and Breanna singing along. It has only been online since Monday; but, the video has already been shared more than 1,000 times.
