BOONE, NC (WBTV) -

A Boone man, who was arrested earlier this week for breaking into a home and trying to give a woman a back rub, has been arrested - again - for a similar incident.

Julio Antonio Yanez, 29, is now charged with breaking and entering, and two counts of assault on a female, according to the news release from the Boone Police Department.

On Thursday, police say Yanez stroked a woman's arms and back while in her home on West King Street after she declined his proposition for a back rub.

This is the second time Yanez has been arrested for this type of crime - this week.

According to police, Yanez went into an apartment on Oak Street, on July 17, believing it to be the home of an acquaintance.

Yanez, who was at the wrong apartment, was asked by the female resident to leave.

Instead, the report states, he attempted to give her a back rub. He left after the woman asked him to leave again.

On Monday, police identified Yanez as a suspect in the case.  He was arrested and charged with one count of misdemeanor breaking and entering and one count of misdemeanor assault on a female.

He was initially released on written promise to appear in court.  After his second arrest, Yanez was placed under a $4,000 secured bond and assigned a court of September 17 for all charges.
