LEXINGTON, KY (WAVE) – A patron of a Lexington strip club is behind bars for sexually assaulting a woman suffering a medical emergency.

Lexington Police charged Clyde Sexton, 71, with first degree sex abuse.

According to police, Sexton's victim has a pre-existing medical condition that included a history of fainting and had an episode Thursday night. Instead of calling for help, Sexton allegedly sexually assaulted the victim.

When police arrived, the woman was purple and not breathing. She was taken to a hospital and was in critical condition at last report.
