FBI and Garfield Police need help locating a bank robber

GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) -

On Saturday, July 27, the Cleveland FBI reported that the Keybank branch located at 4967 Turney Road in Garfield Heights was robbed at 10:30 a.m.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6'2", in his mid-40's, approximately 220 lbs, wearing a tan polo shirt, dark shorts and a tan baseball style cap.  The suspect passed a note indicating a bank robbery and implied that he had a weapon.  The weapon was not observed by any witnesses.  No physical injuries were reported.

No information regarding the suspect's direction when fleeing the bank.

Tips can be reported to either the FBI, Cleveland Division at 216-522-1400 or Garfield Heights Police Department.  Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individual(s) responsible for this bank robbery. Tips can remain anonymous.
