Manhunt Monday: Thief rings up $1,200 using stolen credit card

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A thief went on a $1,200 shopping spree after swiping a woman's credit card left on the counter at a Phoenix restaurant and bar, police said.

Silent Witness is asking the public for leads in the case.

The theft at Dave & Busters occurred in the bowling alley at around 3:20 p.m. May 8.

The business is located at 21001 N. Tatum Blvd., in the Desert Ridge shopping complex.

At about 5:20 p.m., a woman was seen entering a Target store at the shopping complex.

Police said the suspect shopped for more than one hour and made purchases totaling $1,200 in merchandise.   

The suspect then got gas at the SuperPumper at 8646 E. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. in Scottsdale.

Officers said the suspect is described as in her 20s or early 30s. She was last seen wearing a gray top, ripped blue jeans and carrying a large pink purse with hearts on it.
