HAYNEVILLE, AL (WSFA) -

A $50,000 reward has been issued for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the robbery and shooting of a Hayneville Postal Truck Driver.

According to the U.S. Postal Inspector, Yulanda N. Burns, the incident happened around 5:50 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1 at the Hayneville Post Office.

The only information available at this time is that a postal truck driver was robbed and shot. No information was released as to the identity of the victim but investigators say their condition is stable. 

A $50,000 reward has been issued for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) involved.
