Deandra Lee charged with killing two young children and their caretaker, has entered a plea of not guilty.
Lee entered a plea of not guilty August 8 in the capital murder of 9-year-old twins Jordan and Taylor DeJerinett and their 73-year-old caretaker Jack Mac Girdner.
A statewide search was launched for the victims after they disappeared from Girdner's home on Lake Ridge Road in Hope Hull. The victim's bodies were discovered dumped along Alabama Highway 21. Authorities confirmed that all three victims had sustained gunshot wounds.
