The Browns handled the Lions with ease on Thursday night in a 24-6 win. Brandon Weeden played well for the second week in a row. Weeden was 8/12 passing for 117 yards and two touchdowns. His rating was 137.8.

Trent Richardson logged his first career preseason game and did well, he rumbled for 33 yards on six carries. Jordan Cameron caught both Weeden touchdown passes and finished with 42 yards receiving on three catches. Josh Gordon hauled in three passes for a team-high 72 yards.

Injuries played a big part in the game for Cleveland. First round pick Barkevious Mingo is spending the night in the hospital with a bruised lung. At first it was announced that he only had bruised ribs and his return was questionable. After the game reporters learned it was more significant.

Dion Lewis and Jason Pinkston were also dinged. Lewis has a fractured fibula and is expected to miss some time. Pinkston went down with an ankle injury.

The team should know more about all of the injuries on Friday.
