BOONE, NC (WBTV) -

Police in Boone say they have linked a man to more break-ins where he got into bed with the female homeowner and offered the victim a backrub.

Julio Antonio Yanez, 29, has been connected to incidents that happened in April and June.  Officers say these attacks were similar to the one Yanez was initially arrested for on July 22.

Three days later, police say Yanez was at it again - the fourth attack in four months.

Officers say Yanez stroked a woman's arms and back while in her home on West King Street after she declined his proposition for a back rub.

During his initial arrest Yanez told police he went into an apartment on Oak Street, on July 17, believing it to be the home of an acquaintance.

After he was asked by a woman in the apartment to leave, he reportedly attempted to give her a back rub. He left after the woman asked him to leave again.

Investigators say Yanez now faces a total of three breaking and entering charges along with four assault on a female charges.  He is being held in jail under a $6,000 secured bond.

He's expected to appear in court on his charges on September 17.
