Police say a Dothan woman is charged with showing pornography to a child as a lesson in sexual education.

The Dothan Eagle (http://bit.ly/16vFYQV ) reports that 40-year-old Rebecca Pauline Williams is charged with a misdemeanor count of distributing pornography to a minor.

An arrest warrant accuses the woman of showing a minor a scene from a pornographic DVD. She allegedly did it to teach the child about sex.

Court documents show the woman's bond was set at $500.

Court records aren't available to show whether Williams has hired a defense lawyer.
