CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Officers are looking for your help in finding a missing Cincinnati man.

Jerry Hicks, 64, is missing.

Hicks was last seen at the Horseshoe Casino in downtown Cincinnati on Friday.

At that time he was wearing a black shirt and black pants. Police say Hicks walks with a limp and is usually wearing a baseball cap.

Hicks was driving a black Ford Fusion with an unknown Ohio temp plate. 

Officers say Hicks has heart disease and diabetes.
