SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Scottsdale firefighters were trying to determine the cause of a garage fire that sent flames as high as 20 feet Monday night.

A neighbor reported the fire near Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and East Via Linda about 10:30 p.m. and it took 30 firefighters to quell the fire, said Scottsdale Fire Department spokesman Dave Folio.

The fire extended into the attic and the flames rose two stories through the home's tile roof, Folio said.

Fire crews helped one occupant from the house, but no injuries were reported, Folio said.

Folio said the house sustained severe damage and that an investigation continued into the cause.
