Insurance group places KC metro drivers high on safest drivers list

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

How good do you think the drivers in the Kansas City metro area are?

According to Allstate, they're pretty good.

The insurance group ranked the 194 largest cities in the country based on the number of accident claims filed. Kansas City, MO, is the 13th best driving city. Olathe, KS, is right behind at No. 14. Kansas City, KS, checks in at 17 and Overland Park, KS, is No. 18.

The safest driving city in America is Fort Collins, CO.

According to the report, Washington, D.C. has the worst drivers in the country.
