April still needs to be put behind bars.
family of James Steele has been carrying his memory in their broken hearts
since he was killed in a head-on accident last April.
say the driver of a tan Chevy Tahoe was heading east on Western Avenue when he
clipped one car, then crossed over into the opposite lane and crashed into the
vehicle carrying Steele, his wife, and their grandson.
no new leads on the case, Steele's family has reached out to Toledo Police
through Facebook, asking for the public's help.
