MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Police say one of the suspects wanted at Alabama State University has been captured.

Alabama State Police say the subject, Patrick Henry, was positively identified through a CrimeStoppers tip after being shown on the CrimeStoppers segment.

On Tuesday Henry was picked up and taken into custody.

ASU Police are still investigating as the second subject has yet to be identified.

On Sunday at approximately 1:04 a.m. Henry and the unknown subject approached two females  who were walking west on N. University Drive. The subjects proceeded to ask the victims to use their cell phones. When the victims refused, the subjects blandished a dark colored firearm and demanded the cell phones.

One suspect has been captured on video at a local Cell Phone Store with one of the stolen I-phones. This subject was requesting that the phone be erased and flashed to a different cell phone carrier.

If you have any information on the second suspect or know the whereabouts of this subject, please call the Police immediately or Crime Stoppers at 215-STOP.

Note: A criminal charge is an accusation. The defendant is assumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
