I-435 NB to Stadium Drive slow after semi catches on fire

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

The exit was closed for Interstate 435 northbound to Stadium Drive after a semi caught on fire.

KC Scout video shows the front end of the semi on fire as the vehicle sat on the road.

Crews quickly arrived on scene and worked to put the fire out. The exit remains impacted.

Drivers are currently advised to use an alternate route or be prepared to stop.
