TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -
Tuscaloosa Police are searching for a woman they say left DCH without her newborn child. They add that the mother and baby had cocaine and opiates in their systems.
Investigators say the woman was brought to DCH at 3 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 and left the hospital with two unknown black males at 10:54 a.m. the next day. Juvenile investigators are expected to charge the woman with chemical endangerment of a child.
