On September 17, 2013, Apache Corporation (Apache) announced that it will sell its Hatton, St. Lina, Marten Hills, Snipe Lake, Valhalla, and a part of its Hawkeye producing properties located in Canada in two separate transactions for a combined value of $112 million.
