DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

A Decatur man has been charged with selling marijuana after a two-month investigation by the Decatur Police Department's Organized Crime Unit.

According to police, Zachary Zikimo Mitchell, 26, sold marijuana on three occasions in August and September. He was arrested Friday at his 7th Avenue home and charged with three counts of felony distribution of a controlled substance and several misdemeanors.

Mitchell was taken to the Decatur City Jail for booking. He will be transferred to the Morgan County Jail in lieu of a $15,000 bond.
